What Ever Works For You....

I was discussing with some one today the different methods people follow:

-Train heavy
-Do more reps, sets for better growth
-eat more but train harder
-Do cardio
-Cut fats low eat lots of carbs & protein
-Cuts carbs low eat fats & protein
-Do carb back loading
-Eat more on work out days less on off days
-Fasting
-Eat carbs in AM not PM
-Follow if it fit your macros

--It's enough to make your head spin for sure, train & error are the key to finding out what works.... For you.
 
You know what I do? Eat what I want & do situps 3x a week :D Get with the program! ;]
 
The 80/20 Rule applies so well to bodybuilding and nutrition IMO.
 
The thing is I could care less what other people do. Just not interested. I just do what works. Anyone who wants to try and tell me what works and what doesn't is just wasting their time.

I agree, different works for different people.
I know people who can train 3 days a week, eat pizza & crap and look like they are on roidz.
