What ever happened to Empyrean Nutrition?

Does anyone know what ever happened to Empyrean Nutrition? I used to love their products like Insu-Pro, PeptiBolic, and Amino Ascend.
They just popped in my head for some reason and I was reminiscing how much I loved their products because they used PeptoPro in most of them. Anyone know what happened to them? Thanks
