Without getting overly complicated what else should I be taking, I know I should start off slowly on iron to try avoid constipation and I am also going to add fibre to my diet in the form of powder.
I have been eating less red meat and more white meat lately due to my appetite but I have had lowish iron for a while now.
My iron level came back this week:
Ferritin 44ug/L(30-300)
Red Cell Folate 841nmol/L (776-1784)
B12 569pmol/L (145-637)
Would low iron also indicate low zinc and magnesium? I think I am also going to add ZMA in taken separate to iron.
