What does stimmed mean, and why do you have to cycle?

Anything that stimulates your CNS. Caffeine, theacrine, yohimbine, AMP, DMAA, etc., etc.

You don't "have" to cycle it, it's just suggested to avoid tolerance buildup.

^^Yea that pretty much sums it up. I have to take breaks or switch up pwo's or I build up tolerances.

Im assuming "Stimmed" means stuff like caffeine added, why do you have to cycle it?

You don't have to cycle it but it is recommended. I myself like to cycle of stimulants from time to time.

If you NEED a pre workout and you are on a break, try to find a Non stim version of a pre workout if you need one (Hemavo2 by Iforce for example)

stimmed means anything that stimulates the CNS, and also wakes you up / gives you energy as a result. You don't have to cycle stims but over time you will develop a tolerance like with any other drug. What some people like to do is have a couple of pre's with different types of stims and cycle between them, as each different stim affects you a bit differently.
A product like Mr. Hyde which relies heavily on caffeine in it will provide a different type of energy vs HyperMax xt.
In HyperMax xt we use Eria Jarensis Extract beccause it provides extremely clean energy while both enhancing mood and focus along with some great pumps vs relying on packing it full of hard hitting stims (although at two scoops it is too much stims for myself personally)

I could have sworn either T-Bone or @Jigzz have posted links showing that a stim break is not needed. I could be wrong, or it could be another user that posted said links.
