Ive been lifting for about 4 years now and want to lose weight but gain a good amount of strength as well. so i was thinking about taking diesel test hardcore and anabolic pump. what do you guys think, and is it ok to stack these?
 
Great stack. I'm currently running DTH and PSlin and its the best stack I've ever run. I'm also taking Diesel Raw Test as well.
 
if you want to lose fat and gain strength i would take jw at 4 caps a day with a lower calorie intake. The biggest thing i would do though is go to nutra and get cheap hmb and mega dose it. That way you are in a super anti catabolic mode with the jw and hmb. Plus with diet, both of those supps are backed by reviews so no way to go wrong with that. Oh ya, keep protein intake high. I take whey a lot cus it doesn't have to much fat and i also take taurine with each protein shake so that i am getting all 22 aminos ( whey is only missing taurine). holla!!!
 
thanks for the feedback, not sure what to take now, ive heard some great things about DTH but also about JW, could i get some more opinions on this please? thanks
 
What kind of supplements have you tried before? Creatine etc.
Seems like an good stack to me, I hear good things about both these products. If you are looking for something non-hormonal I'd go with AP and P-slin, I know Volcom is doing a log on these 2 and having great results. Do some research and try to find what you think is best for you. There are lots of good fat-burning products. Theres the new USP product Recreate, theres DCP which is really popular. Look around.
 
ive tried, creatine mono/cee, no xplode, trac, bcaa. so this is my first time taking any kind of test booster and dont want any kind of ph yet, i need to save up for stuff like liver support cycle theorpy pct. ect. but ive been reading amazing things about AP, as well as DTH and JW, but it seems like JW has a little lathargy with it and some reduction in libido? where the DTH is a booster in libido. not saying i want something to boost it but surely would want to have in go down (plus a little boost wouldnt hurt lol) but i'll keep doing my research and probably order next week.

Diet - To lose that flubber diet, diet and more diet is the key. About 90% actually ;) I know I don't want to hear it either.

Weights - Heavy Weight Low Volume.

Here:

~ Fundamental Guidelines ~
  • Workout hard - There are many different workout regimes, many that work well. Generally: Strength training is in the 6 rep range / Bodybuilding in the 8-10 rep range. - Rep range warmup: 15 ( sets 1 & 2 ) Working: 10, 8, 6 last three sets add drop sets to failure )

  • Fast Efficient Workouts = 1hr -Invalid Link Removed

  • Protein shake immediately after workout and then protein meal with carbs etc within 1hr

  • Creatine - Mono or CEE you decide. Both before and after workout.

  • Daily meals - 5 - 6 day ( including shakes ) protein = 1g per pound of body weight. Meal 1 ( breakies ) is shake plus oatmeal or whatever else you want ( apple is good fibre / system crap mover ), Meal 6 is post workout shake with creatine etc and then solid food meal. Carbs tapered down from morning to evening and fats tapered up from morning to evening. Protein is a constant.

  • Sleep 8 - 10 hrs a night ( very imp for all natural BB'ers )

  • Supps - Do you note the order in which these are and where supps come??? - a) Multivitamin / B complex b) Whey protein c) creatine e) Test boosters / stacks etc
~ Exercises ~
  • Squats - Biggest muscle and boosts test like crazy, work em hard and see results big time.

  • Deadlifts / Chins / Bent over Rows / Pulldowns - 1st attempt either an palm up or palm down chin at the beginning of your back workout, if you can do one, try two, if you can do 15, add weight. Most important for back is to make the mind / muscle connection. Concentrate ( start with low weight and excellent form ) on getting a good contraction and not swinging with the weight. Calm controlled up down with good squeeze of lats at bottom of rep. All about the connection / squeeze

  • Leg press

  • Flat Bench Dumbell / Barbell - Always swap it up, it takes more muscle etc to do dumbells ( stabilizing muscles etc ) but switch it up - Start with dips to hit lower chest then move to flat bench / incline.

  • Core work - Abs / lower back - work the weaker harder.
This should give you a good idea....Best thing for test.....squats ....good form, warm up well, be careful and grow!

thanks but i know, im just trying to lose for football, i want to start both ways and be faster and have more endurance. i know these supps wont help with that but i want to maximize my efforts im killing in the gym and have my diet in check im just going for a boost. im not looking for a easier way. but i get what your saying.
