Wondering what type of gains I can achieve if I run 1g test e and 600mg deca. I havent been in a gym for two years until now, but ive gotten good results from push ups and dips at home. Now im in the gym, diet is phenomenal, and I am just looking for opinions.

Prior use, 5 cycles

I just did a cut, no aas, I was 250lbs now im 185

Bad idea. First cycle? Test only at 400mg will be great. At that dose test with deca you will experience sides and have no idea what is causing it and how to handle it.

I've ran test, tren, oxy, dianabol, sustanon, deca
Not all at once, I did however run
Test 500/wk
Tren 400/wk
Dbol 50mg day
Oxy 150 mg a day

I went from 175-250 in 4 months, without a gym, aloooot of bloat and fat, was eating 10,000 Calories a day, which led me to my cut right now haha

So now im in the gym and I'm thinking


Imagine if I geared with weights and superb diet!!! Damn... So excited haha

I don't think you need a g of test... Test/deca at 600/600 should be plenty to build off. No reason to go that high imo
 
From what I've researched European style is the way forward. Low dose test and other compounds.
 
10 meals a day, 1000 calories each. I would explode.
Ryan lochte hit 10,000/day in 3 meals.. A sample of his diet lol

10 Eggo waffles with 5 Tbsp maple syrup and 5 Tbsp of butter, 5-egg omelet with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 10 slices of bacon (3,010 calories)

IHOP breakfast of New York Cheesecake Pancakes (4 total), 4 Tbsp Old Fashioned Pancake Syrup, and Chicken Fried Steak with 2 scrambled eggs and sausage gravy (2,910 calories)

4 cups of Greek yogurt (full fat), 2 cups of sliced bananas, 3 cups of blueberries, 1 cup of steel cut oatmeal, 4 Tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of raisins, and a Venti Starbucks latte (made with whole milk) (3,069 calories)

I ate 4000 calories and 6000 from weight gainers. Mainly why I got fat from those damn sugary weight gainers I was usingInvalid Link Removed

I NEVER said it was not possible! Damn guys.

I don't like weightgainers specifically for that reason.

If you want to compete think more long term. Your basically yo yoing your weight. Not sure if you want to try bbing or fitness but if your looking to bulk start bulking... As you cut down you will lose muscle as well.

You look great though amazing discipline bro

You have a good BASE but you're not to the point of needing a whole lot of gear. 10-12 weeks of test only would do wonders.

And if you're honest about 10,000 cals, then you'll gain fine. Assuming you eat half that
 
Dude your genetics are fantastic. You respond well to gear - better than most. My advice is to get on the full monty:

test/deca
GH
Lantus+ Humulin-R

I rarely recommend doing this. But in your case, complimenting AAS with GH and using insulin to keep fasting glucose down will help tremendously. You could bounce back to 250lbs and lean. You look to be around that 8-10% BF range right now although it's hard to tell from one picture.

But you don't need a gram of Test. I'd just do 400-500 of each.

Or run Tren-Hex/E instead of Deca. Of course, I expect you to keep your cholesterol, BP and organ health in check with proper supplements.
