What do you think about this? My primary goal is muscle mass (aesthetics and good looking).
At the moment i'm out of gym... health problems...
So do you think with this diet i will cut some little amount of fat or no?
I'm waiting for your opinions :)

I don't have much to say right now, I will be starting this on Monday. I've heard good things about it and am excited to begin. Good luck to you!

I basically will follow a 2,250-2,500 calorie program. Macros somewhere around 35% protein and carbs, 30% fat. I will workout on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday. I will do cardio on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday. I will throw another cardio session in the mix somewhere. I will work calves and abs possibly every other day. Hmmm...lots of "I will's" in there. This is my plan anyway :)

Mark, you're starting with GVT, right? There is a slight difference. OP, if you stick to your routine with carb cycling, you will for sure see some great results. Especially getting RE-started. Check out IIFYM dot com and use their calorie calculator to get a rough idea where to start. Then you can adjust the overall calories as need be. Next, forget you ever went to that site. Lol There are a lot of guys in here that carb cycle and see great results. Start a training log and post a link here. I would gladly follow and offer opinions.

EDIT: Or log it right here.

Ok, I went to that website and it gave me the following: 2,100 calories (I found the figures there to be pretty accurate as I have been messing with my calories the past 2 months or so), protein at 184, carbs at 210 and fat at 58. I will start this today

Just keep in mind it's not a one size fits all. You may need to adjust as needed based on progress and how often you WO.

Thanks. I also noticed that these numbers change day by day with carb cycling. The goal is to maintain the calorie intake by changing the macro set up.
