What do you older guys take for joint inflammation?

Took turmeric for a long time. It is fat soluble, I took it in milk with Bioperine (piperine) - Black pepper extract.
It did not help my joints but it cleared up acne for my son. As with everything, it's for everyone different.

In that case, I would guess that inflammation may not have been the main issue, rather impaired collagen synthesis. I have found that turmeric has helped inflammation tremendously, including joint pain and tenderness, but my joints didn't really start to feel truly great until I began rhGH injections @ replacement dosages.

Of course, this is all conjecture, and as you said, not everything works for everyone.

You are right, I may need a proper diagnose first. IMHO my issues aren't related to impaired collagen synthesis, as my approach with DECA failed too.
NSAID's are helping, guessing it has to be an inflammation -but the underlying cause is still a mystery. Still waiting for an appointment with a specialist...

The Get Diesel Chiro Joints™ works great. It take about 2 weeks of steady dosing and you will notice Joint Pain almost disappears !!

I'm going to give pentosan and inj glucosamine (pentosan gold) a run very soon. Too many recurring injuries in my back. Might run low dose dbol and oral hyaluronic acid with it. Low dosed dbol has studies backing it for spinal injuries.

Ipamorelin + mod-grf will be in use too.

I'm willing to try anything for my back now.

Right Now I am using Flexatril for maintenance and Get Diesel Joints for pain relief, It is working well !

Joint support XT worked quite well on my dad who have issues too

I also like cissus by itself

Well I tried 400mg turmeric with black pepper 3x per day. Did not feel any benefit. My mood was a bit affected for the worse.

That is all I can say. Seems heat and cold therapy and just plain rehabbing and using lighter weight and TIME is the best OTC.

Fish oil does wonders. Need to take at least 2 grams per day-3 is better. Also, not trying to push drugs here but Mk2866 (Ostarine) cured 20 years of joint issues for me in one cycle :-)

Has anyone else here had similar experience with Ostarine ??

Has anyone else here had similar experience with Ostarine ??

Nope. I ran it, it didn't "repair" anything nor did I notice any less pain from using it. Trestolone was nice on the joints though

Ostarine increases estrogen sensitivity so that could be why it helps some people.

I'm in the third week of TB-500, arthritic knees are 50% better.

I used Osta a few years ago. It was great for a recomp but never resulted in any joint help. It did suppress me so be careful (from one older guy to another).

How Old Do You Need To Be To Be An "Older Guy" ?

Combo of SNS Joint Support XT (the best by far) & Antaeus Achilles (doesn't get talked about alot)

You guys will have to help me out. I'm not familiar with many of these items your talking about or where to get them.

Hi Shane. Nutraplanet has this stuff. They have a sale on now for Xtend and Flexatril for $36 bucks. Good deal.

There are quite a few sites running deals this week due to black friday. If you want flexatril by itself, cheap, DPS has a good deal I believe. Nutraplent is running a killer deal with Xtend Perform and a free flexatril

Experimenting currently with:
-injectable chondroitin
-peptides:
*CJC + dac
*TB-500
*IGF1
*bpc-157

I keep things simple and use Glucosamine and Chondroitin, much like Paul Harvey used to recommend. In the past, I went to a specialist regarding my knees and they recommended orthotics (shoe inserts), which I used for awhile. I haven't used them in years because they wanted to redo everything every year, which I felt was a legal way of scamming me. So far, my approach is working just fine. Good Luck!

Thanks. I've tried Glucosamine in the past but could not tell if its working. I have read where actual weight lifting shoes can help with back , and knee pain though.

DMSO topically
+1 to Achilles
Inflammation Kratom but due to tolerance issues and the fact that it could be pulled from the market I would not get hooked on using it

I have heard similar things about MK677. It did get pulled from retailers for patent issues but is around still.

One person I talked to said the peptide BCP was amazing. I think it was BCP... It was one one that they said worked locally IM to repair ligaments and tendons and if ingested helped heal leaky gut and made their gums healthy

Cissus quadrangularis is supposed to be good for joint issues

I'm a big fan of Cissus. I have used the Primaforce powder and it's really worked for me. BCP sounds interesting!!

Injected.

Let me say I think it was BCP. All the letter abbreviation names are confusing and since I don't use peptides and am trying to remember a conversation I had - I will have to check if that was the correct name. Let me see if I can find the posting to be sure.

OK here is what someone said to me when I asked about BCP:

"It's good stuff. Couldn't fix my shoulder but 2 weeks at 250 mg twice daily fixed tendinitis in both elbows and made both knees feel brand new, and I'm 3 year post ACL rupture repair. Look into TB-500 (Thymosin beta 4) as well for inflammation reduction and injury repair. It's pricier though. BPC is very cheap usually.

I've done (BCP) Subq and sublingual. Subq is better for localized healing of a specific injury site. Oral I tried for just a few days. It's supposed to protect the gut lining from from damage from NSAIDs and repair damage from IBD or Colitis(leaky gut). I don't have those issues so it was just an experiment. Made my teeth and gums feel stronger."

Take that for what it is worth.

Been on the glucosamine train for awhile, but just ordered flexatril to give it a shot!

When you say locally, do you mean on the skin or injected?

When he says "locally IM" it means locally intramuscular which means it's injected into the muscle of the affected area and works locally. Locally being just that area, think local anesthesia versus general anesthesia. Medicine or supplements that go on the skin are usually referred to as topical, dermal or transdermal.

Edit: Whoops saw another user already answered your question, sorry for double answer!
