What do you guys think of Halodrol-50 on a lower-carb diet (not necessarily ketogenic)? Maybe like 12 cups of vegetables (2 every meal with lean protein). Just curious and your opinion counts to me. Thanks guys.

I'm mostly going to keep it the same day by day, it will be like 4 days low calorie (30% below maintenance), then 1 high day of maintenance. My calories on maintenance are 2936. So a sample day would be like this:

Pre-workout/cup of coffee(6:00am): 5 grams CEE
Workout/cardio (45 min): water
Post-Workout (7:00am): 50 grams whey, 2 cups of vegetables, vitamin, vitamin C
10:00am: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 cups vegetables
1:00pm: 8oz of 90% lean beef, 2 cups vegetables
4:00pm: 8oz chicken, 2 cups salad with little dressing
6:00pm: 8oz 90% lean beef, 2 cups vegetables
8:00pm: 2 scoops whey, tablespoon flax, 2 cups vegetables
10:00pm/sleep: zinc, magnesium, vitamin C

When I say vegetables, it is brocoli, cucumber, carrots, spinach, califlower, tomatoes, peas, green beans.
Every meal (on 30% below mait) is 342 calories but the first is 400 caloires and last is 287.
On high days, the first is 547, middle ones are 489, and last is 433. Basically will be the same foods. I'm trying to cut, but I'm not sure if i want to wait to start Halodrol-50 until after I reach my goal. I have around 15 lbs to lose. I'm an endomorph. So what do you think? Also, do you think I should carb up on my high days? Thanks for your help.

Also, I forgot to mention that I've done a couple of different things with the diet. The complex carb/protein/fat diet split into 40/40/20 worked OK, but was ridiculously slow for losing my bodyfat. Low carbing worked really well for me. Body-for-life worked on losing body fat but i got weak and small also.

you are literally on zero carbs .. veggies provide some but mainly fiber

i would definitely add carbs pre and post workout at the least
