Ok currently on Epistane cycle at 60mg and I got 2 weeks left. PCT will be.

Nolva 20/20/20 every other day for 2 weeks.

Not a fan of eod on a serm until the last week if you *must*.

20/20/10 (ED) would be better IMHO.

I only have 20mg capsules of nolva. If I had the tablets I'd split them in half.

Can I just do

20/20/20/20 then?
 
you could do 20/20/20(5/7)/20(3/7) then.

So 3rd week= 5 days in a row and 2 days off
4th week= 3 days and take it every other day

Is that what you are trying to say?
 
nah, more like 3 days in a row 1 off, 2 days, 1 off
then M W F (and maybe sunday) in the last week.

That all being said, I'd definitely run some erase in that pct like this to help with estrogen control.

(running it 2 weeks past your nolva and tapering down)
 
I haven't looked into those, but if they have good anti-e properties, they should do fine, just run something past the serm and taper it down after the serm stops.
