I got a 7 site caliper test done yesterday and I have all the mm measurements for each location but im getting different answers on different sites. Do you feel any is more accurate? Or should I just consider myself in a range of 20-24%
I also posted this in my workout log but i wasnt getting any hits there

Ok so thats a pretty big range, not sure what to go off of but i guess it doesnt matter as long as I can judge progress

Chest - 43 1/8"
Bicep - 13 3/4"
Waist - 39"
Abs - 41"

Im going to have my bodyfat and measurements done again exactly one month from now, I would like to have lost 4% roughly
