What Do You Eat For Breakfast?

eat and eat and eat... Im on a bulk 12 months outta the year!

haha thats what i feel like. I was thinking about doing a cut soon, then thought, it'll be winter soon! so i'll bulk till next year sometime :dl:
 
you all eat a lot lighter than me!

i eat 6 egg whites and two whole eggs and one serving of 2% velveeta cheese mixed in

2 cups of oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of ultrapeptide

1/2 grapefruit
 
This is section is prob a guy dominated forum but I was just interested to see what you guys eat for breakfast.

most of the times I'm not hungry enough to eat breakfast or just too lazy to prepare...I mean, if not hungry, then I shouldn't force myself to eat breakfast right?

I'm a fairly tiny girl, 5'4.5" and I dont eat half as much as most of you do in 1 meal. I'm trying to tone and trim, what should I eat?
 
Figure out your maintenance calories. Then if you want to lose cut 500 calories off per day. You should see results with that. You should be eating 6 small meals a day. Breakfast should be meal 1. No matter what it is, you gotta eat a good breakfast. I grab a protein shake or a few waffles or a piece of fruit. If you can do it, force yourself to at least eat something small. Try to avoid eating near bed time and you should be hungrier in the morning

So is instant oatmeal with little bittie of sugar ok for breakfast? Dunno if I would have the morning appetite to add in eggs...

Btw I see alot of people eat eggs for breakfast...do you guys poach it or pan fry it?

But I do eat a banana during the mornings sometimes...I just don't count that as breakfast hehe
 
Do some searching on here. There's plenty of good ideas. I like oats on days that I'm not in a rush. I would try to avoid an overkill of sugar and depending on what kind of instant oatmeal you are eating, it could already have some included.
I don't eat eggs so I don't know.
I eat my breakfast ASAP. I also drink a 10 oz glass of water before I do anything else. This kick starts the metabolism for the day.
 
2 cups of rasin bran
1 cup of fat free skim milk
1tbsp of peanut butter
8oz vanilla fat free yogurt
glass of grape fruit juice
 
i tried cooking oats yesterday morning for breakfast and it just didn't appeal to me :( I can have them in my shakes easy.

Ended up having 3x weetabix. But it doesn't fill me up and i'm hungry an hour later!
 
yeah... but I'd rather be hungry an hour later than not be able to get my meal in 2 hours later!
 
I used to have a problem eating breakfast. Lately I have been making a shake. Doesn't taste too bad either!

1/2 avocado
1 cup milk
1 scoop whey
2 whole eggs (I buy davidson eggs. Pasteurized to prevent salmonella)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 banana
40g oats
100g kiwi
and whatever else I have lying around

Tops out around 1,000 cals and goes down smooth!

And every once and a while I'll treat myself to a giant pecan protein pancake with maple syrup and bacon,eggs,and milk.:food:
 
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
1 slice of fat free cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of guacamole
2 slices of Ezekiel bread w/natty peanut butter spread
1/2 cup of fat free plain yogurt w/blueberries and Ezekiel granola
2 capsules of CLA
1 multivitamin
2 cups of coffee
12oz of skim milk
