In summer, I put pieces of bananas in the freezer.
Then I put them in a bender with squares of watermelon, I add a little peanut butter, shia seeds, a little strawberry flavored protein powder. And I also make bread cakes with a protein for that, I add dried dates on top, with nuts and maple syrup
Alternate steel cut oats + protein shake with eggs + meat (steak, sausage,whatever is available). Usually have an orange or green apple afterwards. Black coffee always.
