What do you do when you can't sleep??

When my regular sleep supps don't do the trick, such as Dream-N-Grow....I turn to the Diphenhydramine or some Phenibut caps.

All 3 if things get real ugly!

Hydroxizine or Seroquel

Actually....Seroquel is the bomb...esp for Trensomnia. Non-habit forming, doesnt build a tollerance and hits harder than Connor McGreggor.

I take some phenibut

If that doesn't work I throw in some Benadryl

If that doesn't work. I go to the bathroom, have some private time and BOOM snoring

depends - if i dont need to get up, valarium product with hops and other stuff. cheap, effective, nice cosey lie-in.

If I DO need to get up for work etc. then a gh boosting product of old... Velvet bean/Macuna puriens aka USP Powerfull (remeber that??)

Makes you feel like you've had 8 hours sleep on just 4 - gets you into REM within minutes.

ZMA can help too if youre defficient

'Comatize' - 1 cap, but 'Sedation' usually does it for me at half a scoop. With the MK, I haven't needed anything lately.

I work swing shift and have a labrum tear! Did i mention I have 6 kids..sleep is rough at times. What helps me is 1 of 2 things!

Red vein thai, or CBD CAPS!!
I switch between both.
Red vein is used for relieving pain, anxiety, stress. It provides a calming, soothing feel. It will put a smile on your face and wash away the worries of everyday life. Red vein will help you sink into a deep relaxing sleep and wake up feeling like a million bucks.

Cbd caps promote (rem) sleep and relieve your daily anxiety!
Also has anti-inflammatory properties.

My concern macedog24 is that I've had some issues in the past with addiction. Definitely NOT knocking the product, in fact it's something I've been following along with and reading up on, I'm just concerned with some of my own issues.

No definitively understand that! And honestly, its a smart move being cautious!
You know yourself better than anyone.
Kratom can become habit forming if not done in moderation and taking a day or 2 off every week or two. i would tread lightly then in this subject. The option is always there but something you have to be certain about. Real smart move.

I heard about them on NPR. here is the segment Invalid Link Removed
