OP, I saw some of your other posts...with ~1 year of training under your belt, and a 2 month LDG cycle last year. I would encourage you to continue to train, eat, sleep, and repeat.
Rome wasn't built in a day. Obviously you're an adult and can make your own choices but you need to learn to make gains and work through plateaus without compounds otherwise you'll be relying solely on them to ride the gain train
