What do these blood values mean?

My RBC is low but MCV is high, what could this mean? Also, how does one calculate hematocrit from haemoglobin?
RBC: 4.11 Hb: 136 MCV: 97.3 Globulin: 23- just below normal

Update: Also, these were drawn at week 3- is that too early to tell whether my levels are raised?

Google search - hematocrit is approximately 3 times hemoglobin.

Have you been donating blood?

Sure, but apparently hematocrit is a percentage... is my Hb * 3 my hematocrit as a percentage?

No, I haven't. Donated blood- should I?

No, you shouldnt. Kenpo is probably wondering if donating is the cause of your values.

Id guess your hcrit is approx 40%. A guess based solely on those other numbers.

But dude, has your doc seen these numbers? Id be showing him.

Yeah he's seen them, says they're nothing to be worried about.

Here are the last couple of blood work RBC and hemocrit numbers of my own, to try to help you find where you fall.
