What cycle would give most lean gains?

6 weeks of 1-AD/4-AD?
6 weeks of e-max and 1-AD?
4 weeks of sd and 4-AD?

i am thinking of what to stack 1-AD and 4-AD with,if i dont do that stack?
 
i'll tell ya, i miss 1ad and 4ad bad....


My last 1ad and 4ad cycle i put on 15 lbs and my strength and size went crazy and i felt great and had absolutely 0 sides

Now im on my 3d week of Emax at 20mg/day and even tho the size seems to be comin on and strength seems to be kreepin up, i think i liked the 1ad 4ad cycles better....

Thank god i got one more left...

go with the 1ad/4ad cycle, its a proven winner, i've never ever heard anyone say anything bad about it

How much weight have you gained on your 3/week?
what do you think about the results if i do it like this?

preeload 4-AD for one week at 600mg/E-max 20mg
week 1: 1-AD 300mg/600mg 4-AD/E-max 20mg
week 2: 1-AD 300mg/600mg 4-AD/E-max 20mg
week 3: 1-AD 600mg/800mg 4-AD/80mg m5aa/E-max 20mg
week 4: 1-AD 600mg/800mg 4-AD/100mg m5aa
week 5: 1-AD 600mg/1000mg 4-AD/100mg m5aa
week 6: 1-AD 600mg/1000mg 4-AD/100mg m5aa

um...the guys who developed severe allergic reactions to 1-ad probably have some bad things to say about it. it's more than a couple of us. my first run of it was fantastic - 6 weeks gained 17lbs, kept 12 after PCT and strength through the roof. 4 weeks into second cycle a couple months later and i got hives all over my body.

not to mention the hairloss...also not uncommon
