The ingredient amounts on the liver shield are hilarious.

I've got a friend that ran this and got the "test-flu" so bad that he was sick for 3 weeks. He also got some kind of kindey infection and was pissing blood for a few days - could just be coincidence, but I wouldn't run it. But who knows, the "liver-shield" may protect you.

That's a scarey supplement. The Liver Shield is so under dosed it's not going to do a thing in leiu of the huge potential for hepatotoxicity of the mixed methyls.
