What blood work tests check 4 possible cause of puffy nips

I been dealing with puffy nips, sensitive nips and some growth of my chest (a little). What specific blood work should I get done? And im currently taking erase pro for 5 days. Should this help and will it possibly shrink the little bit of soft growth and puffy nips?
