I just got my bf checked and I'm at 22% -- so I'm looking for help. What in your opinion are the best fat loss supplements? EC, ECY, Y, clen, or pre-mixed stuff like levorex, t-rex, hot rox....tri-max? T3?
EC, ECY, Clen, T3, Trimax are all good options but my question is are you losing fat on your current diet and training? If not you need get that worked out first.
