What are your experiences with Nutraplanet Positive and Negative

The cap on my shake broke..but thats after I dropped it twice..so is ok..Would be good to know how much $ u have to order before free gifts apply..New white..Master your world shirt is the business..Fits so well..Yet fades instantly when washing..I want more shirts..so i would spend more to get them..I love promoting Nutraplanet..Nothing else compares.
 
Np is usually cheaper, gets my package to me within 3 business days, and sends me a ton of samples (I swear I must have gotten a bag with like 20 packets of stuff with my last order).

Nutraplanet bulk products are great! that is until today, I ordered nutra planet utimate masspump stack and , the CEE powder was in rock hard clumps. I'm sure that NP will fix it. other than that, I'm happy with them

yeah if I wasn't of such limited means I'd be ordering a ton of stuff from them all the time, they're fast, generous with the samples, and don't give me anything to complain about.

request samples in your notes usually the more you buy the more they give out even a tshirt for nada almost. its free advertising, I made like a hundred dollar order and got a bag of goodies and a T
 
on a new note, i had sent a message with NP with my last order regarding "free stuff" and here is the response i got.

""Hello friend. We do not give samples with international orders, because
there has been instances of customs sending back entire orders, because
of 1 sample. Sorry friend""

i just thought i would pass this along so other will also know why their Canadian orders don't get free samples :(

I'm also in canada and have recieved samples and shakers. However, only on two out of 9 orders so far. I always request them too. I love NP! They respond quickly to emails, prices are the best and it always gets here in a timely fashion.
 
Diddo. Nutraplanet is a great place to order from. I have had no bad experiences with them. Extremely effecient service at the best price. What more can you ask for?
 
Samples are not "supposed" to be given out on international orders. There are some cases when we know without a doubt that it will not cause a problem, so we do include them. And of course, sometimes the packers do not realize it is international, and throw them in anyway. Sometimes a mistake like this will get the package sent back to us, which is why we discourage this. Usually if someone asks for samples, we will give them a t-shirt and shaker, to make up.

should i be expecting a t-shirt or a shaker cup?
 
I would feel rude to ask for a shaker or t'shirt..Would hope is a reward for consistent loyalty of spending a certain amount.
I love ordering on friday nights.Coz is already shipped when I wake up saturday morning :D..Means good times next week or the monday after

I'm in Canada and for some reason my order was turned back at customs and sent right back to NP. They resent it with a kick-ass free BSN T-shirt. :clap2:

I don't think I've had a bad experience ordering from NP. I always receive the package in a few days, and they throw in a couple samples or a t-shirt if I ask.
 
just got my latest order..................and low and behold a t-shirt and a shaker cup with some samples, f*ckin rights doggie NP rules!
