what are the permanent sides?

What are the permanent sides from prohormones? From one cycle and from average repeated use?

I've read that the left ventricle can be effected. How much on 1 cycle, and how much from repeated use?

Can the hart enlarge from prohormones? Or just with the combination with GH?

I've seen blood work showing increased red blood cell count to high levels from one cycle. Is this common to see? (I know giving blood can remedy this)

Can there be a permanent increase in blood pressure?

What other permanent / semi permanent sides occur with pro hormone use?

Sorry for all the questions, I am only finding general information about the above questions. I would really like to understand more.

Playing with your hormones can be a dangerous game. So, generally it you don't want to risk a little bit, shouldn't even use. Lots of things can happen hairloss, High bp, death, kidney failure, liver failure, heart attack, etc...

my libido never came back after m1t and SD and tbh quite honest... I need Viagra to get a good hard on. im 42 and have been cycling since 96

I'm on epistane and am tired all day. I feel bloated too. Other than that I don't have any other complaints of side effects. I'm putting up big numbers in the gym and am starting to see some results on my frame.

I look at it this way - risk brings strength.

Based on your question, I assume you haven't done any type of PH/AAS - so it's good you're doing your research before you jump in. Many of the risks have been mentioned above. You also risk permanently screwing up your own hormone production which can result in a life of trt. Some don't consider that to be too bad, others do. That's why you always need to have a solid pct in place BEFORE you begin a cycle of anything.

There are also psychological issues that come along with it. We all workout because we want to be bigger, leaner, stronger, faster, better, etc. Once you get a taste of what certain ph/aas can do for your looks/performance, it can be tough to stop. So, if you are thinking to yourself "hell, I'll just do one cycle and be done with it" it may be harder than you think!

So, keep thinking it through and educate yourself as much as possible. I am impulsive as all hell so I know it can be tough. Good luck!

Prohormones like a lot of other things in life run some risks. But you have to smart about it and the way you go about it. If you want to read some info on prohormones or different types of PH's heres an info page at Strong Supplement Shop, Invalid Link Removed

I've never heard of a prohormone related death. I can't even think of a death attributed specifically to AAS use ATM.

That info page needs work. Trenavar is a prohormone. Pretty sure you don't have Trenbolone naturally produced in your body.

I can imagine if someone abused them it would happen, but that comes with everything ^^
I was reading on a other forum about a guy that took crazy amounts of AAS and died, not sure if it was directly that or what.

More importantly have ya gotten your own bloodwork done yet? How's your family and personal health history look and could altering certain hormones lead to complications down the road. I'm sure you have thought about some of these but they are always worth throwing in with your doctor when getting bloods done IMO

Thanks everyone, thank you for sharing the knowledge.

I haven't done a cycle, can attain pharmaceutical clomid and will run cycle support. Family history is healthy except for 1 case of diabetes. My physical health has been great. I will certainly consider base line blood work if I decide to use. I have the lifestyle, rarely drink, don't smoke, easily eat 6 meals or more, get good sleep.

So there's potential risk of unwanted long term sides, gyno, libido, low natural test production. Possible psychological addiction.

What are the expected guaranteed long term side? Increased RBC? What about changes to the heart that wouldn't normally occur with our lifestyle?
