2!!!!! start him with some squats and then lay him under that bench press. get him goin early, that way by the time he's in 2nd grade he's strapped...:blink:

well since he is my son id say around 8 with light weights and get him into it. let him learn how to do lifts the right way and when he hits 9th grade he can start hitting it hard.
