Wet vs dry compounds

Been doing my reading and have yet to see is there a comprehensive list anywhere that shows what are relatively dry compounds and what are wet compounds? I would like to start with a wet compound and stack a dry one partially through to dry me out and cant see to find what compounds are considered wet. Any info on this or stack recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
