Here's an older video of me doing some "cheat" curls while running high dose Iron Mag Labs Epi Andro RX. (300-400mgs ED)
Remember Epiandro RX, Super R andro and MuscleGELZ Androhard are legal prohormones that all convert to pure DHT in the bloodstream. Think very little weight gain, but explosive strength gains, aggression, libido and bodyfat losses.
In this video I was training for Strongman (heavy cheat curls help my Atlas Stones)
Bodyweight was 205lbs lean. Weight used was 205lbs. So even with momentum, these are not easy!! I would still argue that these are useful in bodybuilding once in awhile just to stimulate some new strength/size
