Eu guys been doing Sus 250 shots in each side of my glute twice a week and I get no pain or soreness but it's been 3 days since my right glute injection and my right glute is still sore ?? But it's a werid soreness, the soreness kind of travels like a Inch from where I injected ? And it feels bruised and kind of firm? Any ideas ?
