Well time for another cycle

Day 35 Five weeks into my cycle everything going good so here is a quick recap

Weight loss 7lb
Incline Dumbell Presses weight up 25lbs
Dumbell Curls weight up 15lbs
Tricep pushdowns weight up 20lbs
Dumbell Shoulder presses weight up 15lbs
Lat pulldowns weight up 20lbs
More exercises of course but just to give an idea.

Dont' worry Legs do get worked but they are on a low weight High Rep scheme due to the fact both my knees have been surgically repaired. I also do cardio minimum 1hr a day 7 days a week and tons of squats, calf raises etc (partner and bodyweight) and kicking.

So Far Very Happy with the MMV2 i am running at 5caps a day though so I'm on my 2nd bottle already . I've also been using Napalm for the last 9 days and seems to be working pretty well on the abs. If people are interested let me know otherwise i'll probablly only update weekly from here on out as I now how by body is doing on this new compound and what dosage is good for me
 
Just read through your log.. Looks like your making great progress. I ve been cuorious about the mmv2 as well. Seems to be a great for pre workout agression. Good luck
 
Quick update despite being between 1000 - 1500cal under maintenance and under 35grams of carbs per day last I still added 5lbs to my lateral raises on Friday.

This week I am going to go up in calories stay about 700 below maintenance and allow up to 75grams of carbs per day

Monday I added 5lbs to my incline dumbell pressess and incline flyes.

Cardio this week will be at about 45min treadmill somewhere in the 70% HR range to try and burn more fat calories as well as give me knees a rest from last week.

Day 46 cycle going GREAT yesterday added 10lbs to both incline dumbell presses and incline flyes. MMV2 has been great but it's ending this Saturday :sad:

Diet is still on point 75 grams or less of carbs a day with the higher days carbs coming from brown rice. calorie defict is steady at about -750cal a day and Cardio still done 7 days a week People at work are noticing my weight loss which is a good sign. I am down about 10lbs right now and waist is down about 3 inches

Thoughts on half way point of cycle. I count PCT time as well.

Next Time I will run MMV2 at 5 caps a day the whole time.
will probablly stack with something wetter maybe Phera for a Bulk.
Strength has gone up everyweek despite low carbs and calorie deficit so I feel this compound can be used in cutting or bulking depending what you stack it with.

Day 49 Last Update. I want to take Thundergod he answered all my pm's about mmv2 and I really love this product. Diet is so important in CUT first real cut i've done in a long time as many of you know i'm a wrestler and fighter so a cut to me has always been a plastic suit and the sauna LOL Every week strength has been up and it's been great now i will concentrate on keeping that strength during PCT. Thanks to anyone that replied to this or enjoyed my log time flys when your on cycle lol
 
those are impressive jumps to make on dumbbells while in a calorie deficit
i guess the supps and hard work payed off
