well personally i like to pace frantically and pound my chest yelling LIGHT WEIGGHTTTT before every set... planet fitness doesnt sound like my kinda place.
 
I'm definitely not defending planet fitness but for 10/month i can't really complain..

Day 11 and 12.. (190 +12.5)

Day 11 consisted of a quick workout before going out with a bunch of friends to see a movie,... the ugly truth... a little on the gay side. don't let your girl drag you to see that one.

Diet, 3,400 cals, mostly carbs, a lot of chicken and more and more carbs.

Lift was simply a Tri/Legs day, did pull downs DB raises behind head, skull crushers, squats, leg press, hammy curls.. just something quick but better than doing nothing.

Day 12:

Calories probably at about 3,500, a lot of carbs; bread, tortillas with refried beans, turkey burgers, baked potatoes, stuff like that.

Sides/Thoughts:

At 190 lbs having gained almost 15 pounds since starting less than two weeks ago, I am begining to feel very bloated.. my buddy says my face looks fat and a my girlfriend noticed my bloated stomach.. it's something I'm not used to because I've never been fat in my life and it's something I'm not really loving.. I still have my 6-Pack but now it's like bulging out, and I always feel really bloated. Not sure if I'm taking in too much carbs or what the deal is.. maybe too much water? I dunno guys, just kinda making me feel a little bit ****ty about the whole thing, my buddy with PS/PH/AAS experience told me D-bol did this to him hardcore and when he stopped it went away but I just can't say I'm loving the bloat other than that I'm experiencing no sides whatsoever, not even the slightest sides.. nipples are good, no acne, back feels good again, temper hasn't even changed the slightest bit, still have a good disposition, just kinda bummed out about looking like a fat kid right now, although my lifts are going up expodentially.
 
Just out of curiosity, how many grams are of carbs are you eating per day? As for water, the more you drink the less you bloat so overdrinking is def not the problem here. How's your sodium intake?
 
I cant believe you are surprised that you are getting fat. Look at how many extra calories you are eating compared to before you started this cycle. Just because you are taking an aas/ph doesn't mean you can eat anything and everything and it will turn into muscle and not fat. Try taking out a bunch of the carbs and try to gain some good lean muscle and work on keeping that. 15 pounds in 10 days just mean you are going to lose all of that weight which is water and fat at the end of the cycle.

Eat clean buddy and you will look much better and feel much better
 
I thought that movie.. the ugly truth was hilarious! And it doesnt seem like you do a whole lot for shoulders. Press and side raises, add in another 2, i love doin shoulders i feel like i can be in there for hours.
How many carbs should someone be takin on mdrol? it does seem like alot... For me i would drop some carbs and trry to eat the majority around my workoout and when i take mdrol.
Overall like you said youre liftin heavier with no sides and gainin some weight... So keep it up.
 
well thanks for the ideas guys, maybe I'll take a carb shake before my lift and after along with whey to make sure i'm not over-doing it with the carbs
 
Day 13 (188 lbs +10.5)

Calories: I'm trying to eat my cals when needed rather than the shotgun approach of eating it whenever and hoping I hit the right times, I believe with more precise eating, I will acheieve almost the same results minus the bloat, so for breakfast I had chicken noodle soup, with a protein shake. I then had a protein bar before the gym, followed by a carb shake and a whey shake. Going to work now, (i'm a bartender so i'll have a nice turkey burger or something).

Still no sides, I'm noticing the left pec is bigger than my right and I think this is because my right shoulder is junk so I end up compensating with my left pec.. not like a gyno big, just slightly bigger than the other.. you can maybe see in the pics from the other day, but besides that it's all good. If you feel like your strength is increasing why dont you lift a little heavier or more reps? Not what is so comfortable, i was doing that for awhile until i got a few workout buddies.
And i got the same problem with different sized muscles, no one really notices but my lats are different i hate it but so far no one else sees it.... keep it up bud. i took my first mdrol pill today, same batch as yours!
 
For the uneven pec growth I would switch to dumbell only bench press so you won't be able to compensate for one side

me too except i started back 4 days ago up 8.5lbs :shocked:

Diet is based more on timing now as opposed to just blasting with cals, I'm still consuming 3k cals a day just more when I need it and less when i don't to avoid the bloat..

No sides still, no sensitivity, no nothing, just positives as far as I can tell. A buddy of mine from work who's a competitive body builder at 200 lbs asked me what I was on immediatly before telling him I had been taking M-drol so that was kind of nice to hear people noticing, a couple others said my shoulders looked a lot more broad. This work is finally paying off. I was also talking to that buddy of mine about a possible next cycle and he was talking about running Test *(which I FINALLY GOT after waiting almost 3 months for the package) with X-tren.. which he has 7 bottles of and he'd hook me up with one, so I may even stack that with the excess M-drol from this cycle since Tren isn't methalyzed so it wouldn't really be much harsher than the m-drol alone.. anyways, gotta work tonight, I'll tune in later, enjoy your weekend guys. Day 15 (187.5 +10)
Today was an off day against my will. I had to work today 12-10. Expected to work 12-8 but it was so packed at the bar I had to stay late.. kinda sucked but I made some good cash. Gym closes at 10 so I didn't get to lift. Had a big grilled chicken breast with a baked potato for breakfast, A bison burger with brown rice for lunch, and a big bown of home-made soup from austria with huge dumpling things in it so lots of carbs there, lots of home-made protein bars in between. I literally probably walked 3 miles today at work just from going back and forth it was ridiculous... My feet and legs are killing me. I have nearly completely lost the bloat I originally had gained I think due to my huge excess in carbs, so while my weight has been the same for the past few days I think i'm actually gaining some muscle. haha felt kinda odd not being able to curl 15s after but I could barely drive home once I finished up with super sets.

Sides/Thoughts
My balls are feeling a little bit weird, hard to tell whats going on, haven't shrunk or anything but theyre feeling a bit weird, sometimes almost a bit painful. I'm getting some acne on the back as well which kinda sucks but oh well, it's temporary. Mood is still good, emotions aren't changing or being affected, overall it's good stuff.

What is the bold workout? Im guessing its bench? Numbers are going up good. You always have some wierd workout going on too. How often do you change it?
and usually lower body is stronger than upper, unless you never do legs.

for SERM's, clomid seems to be best.. OTC nothing better than diesel test hardcore for big balls haha. i'll be using the new Diesel Test Pro Cycle in a couple weeks

well I mean to be honest I wouldn't really mind because it's letting me know they're working. It's not like theyre going to stay like that forever. The clomid will kick them back to regular size, sometime i hear the clomid can make them bigger.. at least thats what a few of my buddies have said.

and yeah the bolded part is bench.. I always try to mix it up and do something different, some type of muscle confusion.. this workout was killer I felt like I couldn't fail it was great.
 
Hey guys, I may be totally over-reacting to this but I want some other people to check these pics out, I'm slightly worried I'm getting a bit of gyno in my left nip. I'm not sure if I had this before the SD but it's kind of worrying me, I have had somewhat bigger nips than most ppl, not huge but not like tiny ones... I have SERM on hand what should I do? Or is this nothing to worry about? There's no discharge, no bump behind the nip, not much like over-sensitivity. I know with PH/PS/AAS nipple puffiness/sensitivity isn't something to worry about but it's almost like a bit of fat around the pec? but when I flex the pec it's all muscle I don't feel like a lump or a piece of fat it's almost like just the nip itself.. I'd just sleep better if a few ppl checked this out for me. thanks.

i used novedex xt for more than just "puffy" nips and i'm fine now. ran it 3/2/2/1

he SHOULD be able to put on more.. he needs to eat more.

he doesn't gyno, he'll last a week on a non-aromatizing roid. PCT will more than clear up a puffy nip

While my weight has been hovering at about the same I'm gaining strength for sure and losing the bloat, I wish I had taken pics from when I was experiencing the bloat intensely, I guess if you check the pics I had just put up about gyno and the ones from day 10 you can see the loss of the bulging gut. I'm gonna keep tearing it up at the gym, I'll be on later after work/gym. Enjoy your thursdays

I thought you were doing three weeks. Even so, I'd still recommend stopping. But hey, it's up to you.

take a look at the amount of grams of protein you were taking in at the beginning and now..

you probably need to up it. You were relatively slim to start, you should be able to hit atleast 15 lbs on this cycle. let us know
 
I think he should just take an ai. Definitely should up the protein and lift harder, i would continue unless you feel the need to stop, but like i said read those two threads. itll help out...

Just curious, but how can gyno occur on cycle with something like superdrol that doesn't aromatize? Since test is shut down and aromatization is our source of estrogen, where does the estrogen come from? Assuming that superdrol binds greatly to SHBG..free estrogen levels would approach the diminished total estrogen levels, but wouldn't free E2 have to be higher than what it normally is to be able to induce gyno in someone who doesn't naturally have it?

So how would an AI even work in this case? I guess maybe it could if there is a ton of aromatase floating around converting the crap out of the small pool of test, assuming there is no neg feedback on production of the enzyme..any thoughts?

Deadlifts today, I kind of suck with these but I'm trying to do them whenever it's possible and today it was because I went to the gym relatively close to closing time so there was nobody walking around the floor.. kinda sad that I have to hide when I'm doing deads.. well anyways

Breakfast was 4 hard boiled eggs, 2 home-made protein bars, lunch was a burger from work with mashed potatoes, in between that and dinner was another home-made protein bar, and then a salad from work, then dinner was a heaping bowl of mashed potatoes, whey shake, milk.. will probably eat again before the nights over. thanks for tuning in

After re-reading the whole "not a retard" thing i realize that sounds like I'm trying to call someone out, which I'm not. I wanna thank every single person who responded with an opinion, and I was in no way trying to sound like a **** which I realize it came off a bit like that. Yeah I think I'll be okay, I'm gonna be using Nolva in place of Clomid for my PCT to assure everything's okay regardless but thanks a lot for all your input throughout my entire log

Feeling bigger. Nipples are pretty sensitive.. not itchy just feeling kind of irritated. Not as worried but still not 100% okay with it mentally. No sides. the mental side I've noticed is a bit of lethargy when it comes to doing things. Balls are kinda shrunken. Still pretty pumped about the 245 bench today, it's a personal record for me, and I didn't really struggle with it so I'm pumped I should have gone up again but I didn't.. We'll see next time. Thanks for following guys gotta go to sleep I'm opening on the bar tomorrow.

Cals were decent.. lots of water, had some chicken and beef, lots of beef.. and jerkey, and mashed potatoes, and hard boiled eggs.. Nips are feeling a bit better, less sensitivity.. sometimes an occasional irritated feeling but not the slightest bit itchy or anything.. no lumps.. good to go i think for the next few days.. the nolva should be here tomorrow so I may start taking it at 20 and then PCTing with it.
 
Day 24,25,26 (191)

My girl came up for the past few days which is why I haven't posted.. still lifted.. the 24th was a chest day/abs, 25th legs, 26 bi/back day. Calories still up there along with water.. left nip still sensitive.. not as puffy as before I don't think, not itchy or anything, just kind of irritated still.. which sucks but I'll manage.. I have clomid on hand but my nolva isn't coming in until monday so I might run this like 30 days until I get the nolva so I can PCT with nolva, althought I could just start with clomid and then add nolva in on day 2/3 but i dunno, it doesn't really matter I suppose.. Thinking for nolva 40/40/20/20.. or clomid 50/50/50/50 with nolva 20/20/20/20? opinions? Feeling semi-lethargic.. kind of tired all the time, feel like I could sleep 15 hours every night haha.. hmm and my balls are definitely smaller. probably about 2/3 the size maybe a bit smaller. as I said the girl came up for the past few days and I had no trouble getting it up or any libido issues.
 
havent had that problem either, i actually cant seem to keep it down. my libido is actually stronger than usual.:fing02:

I wouldn't say mines above average but it's not down. I'd say overall I feel fine in general when it comes to the sides.. just kinda slow you know?
