Hello,

I'm a new member, 28 years old male, and here to learn more about how hormones affect different parts of the body. I'm pretty new to all this hormone stuff so I don't have much to say in the beginning. At first, I will learn as much as possible from here to there and when I get knowledgeable, I like to contribute to the forum in positive ways by helping others. I believe a good forum is a place where people help each other and everyone benefits.

With that being said, I really appreciate the invitation and I look forward to knowing great educated people here.

Regards,

Bx87

Well said bro. Welcome to AM.

Welcome to all the new faces! You've made the best choice and we are thrilled to have new brothers and even a new sister!! Also, can anyone please explain the lineage of "kiwi" in this context for a dumb American? I've heard it but always wondered why.

A Kiwi is a New Zealand native. I have no idea why they came up with that nickname;).

Hi! I know I'm a bit of a minority here- female, 44 years young; started competing in figure last year, but want to do female physique. I've always lifted and am relatively strong, in spite of shoulder reconstruction in January. Squat 185 for 6, press 360 for 10; curl 30's, pushdown 60, row 75; no heavy lat pulls or chest yet...started on Sermorelin with my doc back in November; switched to other peptides in April and have some questions; guess I'll post them in another forum...looking forward to learning and growing here!

Welcome to AM!

It's good to see the female population here grow
(Pun intended)

LOL! Wasn't meaning that I'm a minority because I'm a female, but because I'm an older-ish female who's just getting into peptide use...:o)
Thanks for the welcome!!

A 'kiwi' is our national bird. Historically, its has appeared on many of our professional sportsmans uniforms as an emblem/symbol, government coat-of-arms, etc; that is, I imagine, where the term 'kiwi' originated as a signifier for a New Zealander.

My theory is that my Kiwi friend NewAgeMayan is a bit of a fruit;). Hence the fruity name...jus playing NAM:)

Consider yourself edukated :D

Welcome all, you've found a great community and family to join. I look forward to interacting with you all! Don't hesitate to ask any questions :)

Build a base first. Dont use steroids just jet man. You should go workout like a year or two to get used to training (aim for 3 days a week starting strength schema or something look it up!)

I have worked out before five days a week .I had to take 2 ,years for injury. I know how to workout at the gym

Train back to your old maxes for the best you can and then take some i guess.. best still would be to rebuild your base for.year minimum

Right now I am almost back to where I was but getting wiped out after. I mean back to where I was strength wise not body wise. I'm trying to do no less then 4-days a week one hour weights and one on treadmill. I'm taking test 200 1cc for maintenance by a doctor one a week.

Hello everyone. New to the site...

After many, many years on another site. It's time for a change. I like the layout, app, and look forward to learning the ropes of a new domain. Eager to share what I know, and learn what I don't. I'm a 36 year old father of two boys who are my life. I have incorperated fitness into my life and found how it can improve every single aspect of it. I am an avid hockey fan. Playing and watching most my life.

Very excited to be here and look forward to meeting you all.

Welcome!
