Welcome To Anabolic Minds! Introduction Thread!

Haven't joined a forum in a while. I'm Tyler. 26. Really started working out about a year ago. Ended up losing 50lbs last year and hope to keep going in 2016. I'm really wanting to get into powerlifting and look forward to learning a lot.

Hello,
I am P.
I go to the gym for 20 years.
In summertime I take always a brake because I am a lot on the water for watersports.
Welcome bros!

Hello anabolicminds! I have been a lurker for a while and finally decided to join. I am a former marine corps grunt. I was 145lbs in 2009 outta boot camp and 6'0". I am now out and going to school and up to 208lbs probably 14% bf than I'm about 16% now. So I have come a long way.but! Obviously some dirty bulking. I look forward to sharing my experiences I have had across my journey to size and strength and I look MORE forward to being a sponge to soak in the knowledge I am aware that is on this forum.

Hi laaaaads. If someone know UKM I'm a gold member there... So i'm not totally stranger to forums, btw I'm having some issues with this. Since I'm used to UKM layout I'm finding this old and difficult to be used (this doesn't mean this isn't a good forum).
So would someone tell me some basic rules? Like: can we talk about sources for roids? Can we talk about steroid brands?

And then: where the f*ck is this forum.based? USA? Where? Lol

Welcome. This forum is based in the U.S. But has thousands of members from all over the globe. Great support and knowledge to be found here. Source posting is not allowed for research chemicals or illegal/banned drugs. Free and open discussion about steroids is. All anabolics talk should be kept in the anabolics section.

It's been a while since I've stopped in here, but just wanted to welcome all new and past returning AM members!

Very excited to have you here as part of the family, and look forward to interacting with you.

There is a life time of information here on the forums so read up, participate if you'd like, and most importantly enjoy your time here!

Hello guys/gals,

I have no clue what word would have set it off?

Hey welcome! Did you just try to post up a link? I believe you need a certain post count before you can post up any links.

Welcome to AM Seth, we have a number of Canadians on the board, myself included :)

That is some solid bulking progress so far

Thanks, and nice. Always good to have fellow Canadians around!
Thanks man, sadly not as much of it is muscle as I wanted but I'm still working on fixing my diet.

Hello everyone, Kimber here. After seeing a lot of good information here when using search engines, I thought I'd finally join and learn more. I'm 25 and have been training for various pursuits since I was 16. I wrestled throughout high school, then began training for and competing in submission grappling/MMA. When I was 20, I had my first surgery for a torn right ACL. Stopped competing after that because the injury affected my career, but began training again both for aesthetic purposes and because fitness and strength is a job requirement. I tore my medial meniscus (same leg) in October of last year. After surgery for that, I've completed the injury rehab and begun to train again. It's been a slow process, and the weights I'm moving and distances run are embarrassing. But I plan to start a log and hopefully get advice from those with similar experiences along the way to achieving my old numbers. It's a pleasure to make everyone's acquaintance and I'm glad to be here!

Welcome to AM Kimber, looking forward to seeing you around

Welcome buddy. AM is a great place for knowledge and support. Injuries suck but you can come back stronger and better than ever.

Hi guys

Latvia- keystone of Northern Europe's Baltic Seas region.

welcome zeta

Welcome to all our new brothers! You've chosen a great place to learn, share, motivate, and grow mentally and physically!
ghettosunday I definitely feel you on fixing the diet. I took the "eat everything in sight" advice a good amount too literally when I first started bulking and am also still dialing in my diet.

THANK YOU for your service marine to our country !!! I have the utter most respect for marines. That's quite a transformation you have undergone and very impressive ! I look forward to seeing your posts, anyone who has has gone through personal transformation this drastic has useful personal experiences to share as well !

Hi all. I'm Wes, 25 year old pre-med student in Utah. I got into lifting in the teenage years for high school sports, but I didn't really get interested in body building until a while back when I realized how far I had let myself go while focusing on school. I'm looking forward to learning a lot on this forum and getting back into shape. I'd love to add some mass to my shoulders and traps, does anyone know some good threads they could point me to? Thanks all

As far as shoulder training techniques, click the search icon in the upper right of the screen that looks like a gear cog. Select all types, use keywords: shoulder mass, then change timeframe to any date, then hit search. You'll come back with pages of threads specific to shoulder training.

Are we able to blog on here? If so how?
