Sup' ladies and gents!
Handle is pronounced signal (like what you get over the air), from my days as a jarhead during Desert Storm.
BACKGROUND-----
45yo
5'"10
178lb
14% bf (down from 20% and still dropping due to keto and renewed excercise)
Been fit all my life, extremely so before 25. But extremely low natty bodyfat when young and the pounding of wartime service hammered my joints and is starting to show in my old age.
Been contemplating going to the "dark side" after dismal (for me) test readings i got through LEF a few years back . I was spurred to get their full blood panel after noticing reduced strength, longer healing times, deteriorating status of long-term injuries starting in my early 30's. These started to impact my fitness and even basic everyday functionality.
I've had kids and the snip years back, and was head shaving 20 years before it was in style, so sterility and hair loss are non-issues for me. Been studying AAS for years and recently SARMS and peptides. So Ive altered my diet and training to prepare for any and all PEDS.
OBJECTIVES-----
- increase natural test as much as possible, then go over and above if future assements warrant
- heal old injuries
- decrease recovery time
- increase strength and stamina
- increase general well-being
- alter body composition (in my prime I was wiry and extremely strong (think Bruce at 5'10", 155lbs) I'd like that back with maybe a bit more size.
That said, I still would rather not shut down what little production I have left, but max it as much as possible... so at first I'm leaning towards...
-mild, short SERM cycles
-low dose, long-term GH releasing peptide
and/or
-clomid/arimidex only therapy
...again, at first.
Intermittent low-dose (<500mg/wk) test e is not out of the question though and the option to go full tilt with any of the above is on the table if I like what I'm getting. I don't need short cuts or "massive gainz" in a short period, slow and steady if fine with me.
Been lurking on AAS forums (including this one) for years, so thanks to everyone for all the research material during this time.
I hope to contribute to you as much as you all have contributed to me.
