That is because you train fasted first thing in the morning. Of course its going to be hard to get a pump without proper sodium, carbs, and water.
That is a given.
 
My mail folks hate me and they wna stop my gainz. Inspected the tub and the inner seal was indeed busted but the box looks like it was dropped or squished hard so that makes sense. I believe this was sent USPS. Brighter note...it smells amazing!!!

I took my first serving this morning the Fruit Punch is very good, I think it taste more like a Mixed Berry flavor, but very good.

Got mine yesterday. Took first dose this morning. Its my daughters birthday so not sure if ill get my log up today. If not ill get it going tomorrow morning for sure

There’s some powder in the box and all over the packing paper but I doubt it’s more than 1-2 scoops worth.
 
I absolutely HATE pump products on leg day. So I only used a half serving (1 scoop)
I did a triple drop set on V-Squats and I felt like my legs were about to explode. I had one of my clients come along for legs today, and after that 2nd exercise (did lying hamstring curls before) he was flat out on the floor and done.

This stuff works. Good Work Build Fast.
I did 50g of carbs pre-workout the last 2 days and the meal was heavily sea salted (like always). Water about 1 gallon before training, so that way the sodium and water are to aid the product. Nothing but good things to say so far.

I got my tub Saturday Afternoon, so Sunday morning I took (1) scoop (1/2) recommended serving, just to make sure I could tolerate it, No Problem. Sunday was a rest day so no work out but I thought I would get a jump on the cumulative effects. Monday 60 minutes before my work out 2 scoops (Fruit Punch) very tastie, my normal PWO 20 minutes before training. Chest and Tri's. First up pec deck (got a little pump) superset with Dumb Bell Kick Backs, after about 10 reps my Triceps Hurt from the pump, (and I liked it). This is the real deal, I can't wait for tomorrow, Back & Bi's. Thought I would post a pic, my arms were pumped !!

Blue Raspberry – The blue raspberry flavor is very mellow. It is refreshing off first taste, but never really pops on your taste buds. I used 2 scoops in 16oz of water and felt like the density could be stronger. Overall it is not overpowering, nor is it too light it does have a happy medium. For those looking for a super sweet xtend blue raspberry this wont be what your aiming for. Build Fast kept it light, refreshing, and is very smooth flavor from first sip to last. I enjoy it even with a saturated market of blue raspberry products. I can find myself drinking this with ease and not getting sick of it.

The product mixed with ease in a blender bottle. After a few shakes there was some particles floating around but those quickly dissolved. The powder is extremely light and started to mix just hitting the water. I found nothing stuck to my shaker cup or left sitting at the bottom. Thumbs up here on how easy the product mixes in water.

Overall

I dosed VasoBlitz two ways fasted and non fasted. The fed workout was a pre workout meal 90
Minutes before with 50g of carbs. During this workout the product shined with extra glycogen, water and sodium in my system. I felt my skin harden almost instantly while warming up. Blood was filling my muscles and vascularity was showing right off the bat. Before I even got into my top sets my arms, shoulders, and chest were all rock hard. The beauty of the formula with the high dose of nitrates aid performance and endurance. I could tell my rest periods between sets improved as I shifted from exercise to exercise. Overall very pleased with my experience when I had the time and tools to make use of a non stim pump product and train later in the day.

The fasted workout was right out of bed with VasoBlitz. I increased my water intake and added a dash of sea salt to help my pump. The pump came much slower and took a few exercises to get my
Muscles to pop. While it’s not optimal to use a non stim without extra carbs, water, and sodium I always test products in both scenarios. You still get the benefits it is just not as potent compared to a fed state.

The only downside to this product is I hate taking them on leg days, within 2 exercises my leg veins were popping hard and it made it difficult to do higher rep isolation work without the pump taking over. I have always responded well to high doses of Citrulline and arginine nitrates so with that said this product simply works and is very well priced. Product looks pretty solid for pumps.. do you think it is a light enough flavor that someone could mix it with a light flavored preworkout?.. my pre is more stim cocktail than pump.. makes me curious.. could just take bronkaid and a jet alert for pre instead tho.. thinking of trying this after I get more stocked up on Creatine and some other staples..

I train Fasted in the AM, I have found my Pumps are a lot better in the mornings after I have a big meal the night before. I am really enjoying this every work out!!

Be curious if you have tried this after a smaller meal the night before? I train first thing in the morning fasted but am also on a modified Keto regime as well

It's funny you say that, this morning I did Chest (It's Monday) had a small dinner last night and the pump in my pecs was crazy, I felt amazing !!!

Typically pre is around 30-50g carbs about 90 minutes prior to training and vasoblitz consimed on the drive to the gym. I have a love hate relationship with the product especially on leg days. Even on exercises where I work a 5-8 rep range my legs swell up
And get hard after a few warmup sets. I find this beneficial for other body parts like
Back, shoulders and arms where you can engage the muscle
Before training it in a stretched state. I have found this helps greatly keep muscle activation high for proper mind muscle connection. Haven’t had a bad workout since starting vaaoblitz even with my calories around 1700 daily. I am giving my body an optimal training environment to make the most of the pre workout


Fasted

Completed another fasted AM workout today . Nothing I am really fond of due to lack of sodium carbs and water. Sometimes you just got to make due based off your schedule.

I did 2 scoops vasoblitz in 16oz water and a heaping TBSP of sea salt. The salt will help give my body sodium to help provide pumps during training. It did help but no where near as effective as a fed workout where I have more water and carbs in my leading up to training. I was going to do 32-40oz of water but did not want to be bloated before heading into the gym. I will

Man I got to check into getting some of this! Great reviews so far.
I never train fasted and still have trouble getting a pump. It is somewhat difficult for me to get a sweet pump doing a full body workout. Especially shoulders, chest and Bi's for some reason. Rarely a problem for my legs and Tri's. Back is hit and miss.

Most likely diet, sodium and water manipulations would make a vast differenxe if you can’t get a pump . Or simply your form and range of

I will have to try adding heaping TBSP of sea salt to my pre. I get plenty of sodium in my diet throughout the day. Note: I usually don't eat anything but some almonds and a protein shake 3 hrs before I workout. I have noticed as I get older I burp and taste my meals if I don't have everything digested before I workout.

No carbs , lack of sodium and I dunno how much water you drink but those are 3 glaring issues to why you don’t get a pump

Carbs for me are mostly rice cakes , rice or potatoes (potassium). Which potassium will aid a pump (proper potassium and sodium balance are huge). Again this is not cut and dry answer you need to know what sources digest easiest and don’t cause you to bloat this varies

Try limiting water at your meals which will help digestion by not overloading your stomach with extra volume. I see some people
Chug a lot of water or drink a lot at meals
Which can actually make it harder to digest your meals.

Just my 2 cents for you if you can’t eat your carbs invest in glycofuse or a HBCD carb powder to utilize pre and intra workout

Thanks brother! I drink a minimum of a gallon of water a day. I do not drink anything while I eat.

Good keep the liquids minimal around meals. That is huge and helps digestion 10 fold.
Rice cakes, rice, cream of rice all very good sources. Digest with ease for a majority. Potatoes can be tricky (some bloat people) try white or sweet. but the added potassium from them can make a difference for pumps.
