Weird Reflex/twinge?

Hey guys,

New to cycle, today was my 4th pin and everything was fine and im doing everything I normally do, apart from today after I pinned I drew back on the syringe as usual to see if any blood, As I pull back the syringe my whole fuc*ing leg does a massive twinge, like a reflex from banging just below the knee cap. (exactly the same time as I drew back)

Was proper weird, but no issues though everything seems fine, just wondered what may have caused this?

Bout every third pin or so sometimes a couple in a row my muscle will twitch. Totally normal. Prob just coincidence that happened when u were aspirating.
