Weird protein recipe

I like to take about 1 1/2 cups fat free Ricotta cheese and dump in some sugar free syrup and them dump some walnuts on top of that. I do this before bed and I love it. You can also use Cottage cheese instead of Ricotta cheese (i like ricotta cheese because it has a whole lot less Sodium).
 
Sounds good! One thing, unless you're using whole milk Ricotta, you might wanna go with the Cottage Cheese before bed, since Ricotta is a lot more whey as opposed to casein. But again, the fat from the Ricotta along with the walnuts may slow the absorption rate enough on their own. Just a suggestion!
