weird gyno problem...

ok i had some itchyness/pain and a small lump in one nipple so i ran epistane for 3 weeks and that took care of it for the most part. but then i started my nolva/clomid pct and the gyno got worse than ever, like the nolva was causing it. so after 4 days of pain in both nipples and lumps getting bigger i stopped nolva/clomid but kept taking alpha drive xl and the pain went away. but now im worried that without the nolva the gyno is just gonna act up again soon, what should i do?

i think my only option is to get letro, but with all this **** thats goin on i dont know if any research sites are shipping out orders right now...
 
i didnt know too much estrogen suppresion could irritate gyno, letro kills all estrogen and it cured my first gyno flare up.
 
should i just continue the nolva and ignore the itchyness? maybe lower it to 20mg.....i cant imagine its the nolva thats causing the gyno, i may throw in some atd also.
