Keep an eye on Titan Fitness...they had random weights coming in and out of stock as they were replenished and then folks buy them up. But they’re free shipping so whatever prices you see per plate or bumper is all you’ll pay. Shipping weights is rarely cheap.
Also, the Dick’s Sporting Goods stores in this state (IL) have had terrific prices for new plates whenever they’re in stock. Worth looking at places like that.
I bought all of our plates from 3 different local gym owners that were able to part with some extra for now or had very rusty crap in their garages. Soaked them in cola (allegedly oxalic acid powder mixed in water works much better and cheaper on Amazon), scrubbed them with a wire brush, and slapped a couple coats of Rustoleum on them:

These were so rusty they stained your hands orange when I got them. Bought for $0.50/lb and polished a turd. Works awesome.
