I have a concern, I used to be fat and lost a lot of body fat; however, as of now I can only see my abs if I have my stomach flexed. If I don't, my stomach just bulges out. Should I keep cutting? If I do, is there a way to not lose strength because I also play soccer and I'm worried about any strengt Losses Thanks in advance

What is your body fat %? That usually has to be at 10 % or lower to really see them. I also had the belly sticking out problem, then I did planks like it was my job and it fixed it for me. Planks work the transverse abdominus, which holds in the rectus abdominus. Translation is basically it holds your abs "in" so you have a flat belly look. A lot of people do crunches and things similar to crunches with no planks, and crunches focus on the rectus abdominus only which causes that belly sticking out look. I hope this helps, it helped me. If I am wrong some where someone please correct me so I can learn as well :)
