Weight Loss / TDEE question

Hey guys, I'm currently trying to cut down as well as maintaining if not increasing my str gains.

23 YO
5'8
196lbs

Im doing gym twice a day, (Weights in the AM, Cardio in the Evenings). Cardio is Cycling/HIIT/Hill Climb Walking. A rotation of these. Doing fairly heavy lifting.
Consuming 2288 Calories 255P/231C/54F is my nutrient macros daily. They shift roughly give or take a little depending on what chow hall in afghan serves. I keep it clean. Consists of Oatmeal/Cucumber/Chicken Breast/Beef Jerky/Protein Shake/Green Beans.

TDEE Calculator says my expenditure with Moderate activity is 2880 and Very Active is 3211. Which is closer to my activity level, and how can I change my diet around to serve me better. How can I make sure i'm regulating insulin levels, etc...

I would say your under calories quite a bit if your doing 2 a days. You should think about carb cycling. Or adjusting your total cals to your daily activity, more work work cals, less work or off days less cals
 
Is there a good article or something that describes carb cycling?
