Why do most weight gainers contain rediculous amounts of cholesterol?
I know that cholesterol plays vital roles in the body including Test production, but amounts like 150mg+ per serving is friggin nuts. At what point does it become too much?
On a side note, how much total/saturated fat should be tolerated per serving during a bulk?
