Depending on how the first couple weeks go o want to run two bottles. But up the dose for the last two weeks. I'm really excited. Looks like a good balance

Missed this.. Looks like a solid product, lean mass and joint help!!! Win win.. my current goal, so i guess you could call it a resolution is to gain 10-15lbs of muscle, not just move the scale which i could do in a weekend if I wanted to..lol, not sure how long its going to take me.. but this would help me get started.. !
