Week 4 of 6 Tr1umph cycle seems ineffective

We are in week 4 of 6 of a Tr1umph cycle from Olympus, and we aren't seeing any real changes. Rats seem to be making the same progress as if they were on nothing.

Diet is roughly 3000 calories day with 200+ g of protein. Weight is about 250, but was able to maintain that mass at 2500 calories a day, so I don't think it is a lack of food.

Dosage is 60mg spread into 3 doses at 8 AM, 1 PM and 6 PM.

Work out routine is 3 days a week, pushing, pulling and legs/shoulders.

This is our first test with this, and we really expected some bigger results, aside from back pumps.

Are we missing something?
 
Who is we? And who are these rats you speak of?
 
We being a partner and I, though I can't speak for his specific dietary differences. I refer to rats to avoid any legal questions. Though I guess it is only the sale of designer steroids that is now illegal, so it may not be necessary. Other forums I have been on prefer things be discussed in research terms (however inaccurate they may be).
 
Are you counting calories? Like actually tracking? Are you trying to bulk or cut?
 
Try 4 or 5 days a week (chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms) hitting each part HARD!! Or double you're routine to 6 days (upper body push, upper body pull, legs, repeat) maybe? And more food intake not less. Gotta fuel the anabolics brah. I have no experience with Triumph but really wanted to jump on it before the ban. I was too late

+1 to this. Your body is in the most anabolic state it will probably ever be in, make the most of it.
 
Triumph is awesome...week 4 was the best for me. Iron legion made the best triumph....i wouldnt run anything besides iron legion
 
You're not the first to claim OL Tr1umph as weak/bogus..... glad I didn't snatch up a few b4 ban. IL Triumphalis FTW!!!!
 
Thanks for the tips. I will try bumping up my food intake and see if anything happens. Im pretty bummed, I was really expecting some strength gains. I may take a year and try to shed some fat before trying another cycle.
 
Dropped the cycle after a couple days. Wasnt noticing any gaines and got pissed. Havent lost any strength since stopping. I just feel better and my appetite is coming back.

it seems that the Olympus Labs version is not equal to the old Iron Legion Triumphalis
 
went from 196-215 on OL triumph run in week 6 of PCT now at 205 lean so thats legit...love that stuff wish i could get some more
 
I wonder how consistent it is, in quality and strength that is. My workout partner and I have figured out since we ended our cycle that the triumph was working. It was just not significant. I was at 250 and he was 270 when we started. Neither of our weights changed, and neither did our lifts. Just a small improvement in recovery time. We suspect we just couldnt eat enough. Both of us had a hard time getting more than 3500 calories. We plan to drop some significant fat and then maybe try a dmz and deca cycle this summer.
