Wedding recomp and honeymoon stack suggestions...

Hey all,

I've been just sticking to the basics these past couple years so I am a bit out of the loop on whats out there. With that said, I am getting married at the end of March and am looking for a supp or stack to start in a couple weeks to really finish strong and carry me through my honeymoon. I'll be heading off to Hawaii for two weeks after the wedding, so naturally I want to look and feel my best. I'm looking for mostly a solid recomp supp. Something that will lean me out a bit while also helping with fullness/vascularity would be great. I'd also like to stack it with something that may help with overall well being and libido to give me a little extra juice while on my honeymoon. Looking for a 6-8 week run starting at the end of Feb through Mid April.

Quick stats if it matters: 31yo, 6'2", ~190lbs

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Libido boost- CEL MTEST

Recomp - SNS Glycophase, Vaso 6 and maybe Reduce XT.

The glycophase with 60-75g cho about 2hr before workout will provide a massive pump on its own (nutrient partitioning) but add in the Vaso 6 and you’ll have a REALLY good pump. I honestly haven’t used Vaso 6 solo before a workout but numerous guys on the board swear by it.

From the bit of surfing I did on here it definitely seems like MTest is the way to go for libido.

I currently take a non-stimulant preworkout that I am satisfied with as far as in the gym pumps go. I have not tried Reduce XT before, however have tried Anabeta Elite, Erase Pro, and Alphamax XT. I did not like Erase Pro as I had a lot of joint pain on it. Will Reduce XT cause anything similar?

I was thinking more along the lines of Forskolin, or something containing it...
 
I do think a good nutrient partitioner would help with the fullness/ vascularity side of things, and maybe some tribulus strictly for libido.

Glycophase and SNS Tribulus woud make a pretty good, cheap combo for those 2 things, and bulk Forskolin 95, Alphamax XT or CEL MTest are all solid options.

OL testify is another crowd favourite.

Another option for a pump/ fullness is opting for a non stim pre workout with Citrulline, Vaso 6 or something, however i do find carbs + GDA to be much more effective for vascularity.

After reading about Glycophase I think I will give it a try, as it sounds like it could fit the bill when it comes to "all day pump" as well as recomping. How are people dosing it, 2 pills twice a day or all 4 at once?

Like I said previously, I am already taking a non-stim preworkout (NutraBio PRE stim-free) which contains citrulline and agmatine. I do not take any stimulants whatsoever.

So as of now I am thinking CEL MTest, Glycophase, and Forskolin 95.

Any other suggestions?
 
I’ve honestly been using only two pills a day on my heavier cho meals. Ive even split it 1/1 with 30-50g cho meals and have phenomenal digestion still (pump was equal to the two caps at once for me as well)

However, I would follow label instructions.

Right on. It doesn't say much about duration, how long are people taking this for?
 
Contrary to other opinions I think your best bet would be to lean out before the big day. Keep a strict diet up until that time. A true recomp would take a lot longer and is a slow process. Drop some fat and keep the carbs low until your trip. Then when you are there allow yourself some liberty on the diet and the nutrients from the cheat meals (so to speak) will make you more vascular. You should essentially fill out while being there, making you appear tighter, more vascular and fuller. I would take maybe a fat burner and test booster up until the trip, drop the fat burner on the trip and continue the test booster. Also a GDA product could serve you well with your carb meals as others have mentioned.
 
Thanks for the input. I'm not really after a true recomp as I am already pretty lean and certainly do not need to take any kind of fat burner. I was just looking for something to give me a bit of an edge over these last couple months leading up to the big day.

Also, how does a GDA effect alcohol, if at all? I rarely drink, however will certainly be consuming some during the wedding and while in Hawaii.
 
m-test stacks very nicely with sustain alpha...real nice mood/mental feel good affect, and the libido boost is honeymoon quality!!!
