I read an article by Poliquin and he said he saw 3 mr olympia's who could not bench 315 more than 6 reps in the off season. tried to find out who they were, thought id ask who were the weakest (not weakest as worst or lamest) but physically not as strong Mr Olympia's. I would think they would be Frank Zane, Chris dickerson and Larry Scott. Anyone know any of there lifts
