We all know that to grow properly, you need to sleep properly. If you are having trouble check this out. I use the "turn alram clock away" and the "wear socks methods" and both have helped a great deal
I completely agree with the "wearing socks method". It always seems to help. I workout early in the morning so sometimes I have a hard time getting to sleep because I keep worrying that if I don't hurry up and get some sleep then my workout is going suck! It's a vicious cycle sometimes but I can always trust the socks method to help me sleep better once I do get to sleep.
