I don’t know but I always love the taste of oatmeal. I use different flavors though to keep things fresh and new. I tried that Nutella and peanut butter adding idea from this thread and it was so good.
I typically during bulking times will do 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup frozen blueberries and a small amount of cream OR 1 cup of oatmeal, sugar free maple syrup and small amount of cream
