CoQ10 os helpful. I run it and it seems to help. Guessing you are on trt being in anti-aging?
If so, are you donating blood?
Too much blood will raise bp...

I think the max a blood bank will allow is 3 or 4 times per year. I do that. If youre on trt, that should barely have an effect on you. Of course, talk to your dr...

Im on trt, but am on cycle and i do it and workout a few hours after and dont even notice.

Cardio for sure - I jog 7.5k a day 5-6 times a week. Despite consuming a whole load of stims I’ve never had a bp issue.

I also take garlic extract and hawthorne berry for bp. Seem recall reading somewhere both were beneficial.

Pretty much agree with everything above as well......

Im noticing some new things and maybe its not just bp but probably sugar b/c when I eat something with sugar (especially sugar) or dextrose maltodextrine or many of the other names that sugars take I feel like crap and bp goes thru roof so with some of yall info along with my cousin kinda helped me pin point this so THANKS everyone.
Now gonna run this by my doctor on my next visit.

I stopped all stims (except 1-2 cups of coffee a day) and now use a non stim peworkout (vasomax) and my bp is perfect and returns to perfect after intense exercise in no time. I also started a good quality pro-biotic a couple of months back and increased my water. I am certain that these changes have been responsible for the huge turn around that I could not do otherwise.

Any negatives to having low blood pressure?

I've trained today(PWO), had sex and did a 10km hill hike(Hypershred).

I ate salami, brie an hour or so ago.(very fatty)

Blood pressure was 100/57, HR 54

The most common cause of secondary hypertension in the US is sleep apnea. You should always be checked for sleep apnea.

A low salt DASH diet is as, or more, effective than many anti-hypertensive mono therapies for many people. And, the higher the BP, the more effective it seems to be. Unfortunately, it's also a very restrictive diet. Some of the BP correction is the result of weight loss on the diet, some is associated with the diet itself.

Magnesium, meditation, cardiovascular training, and weight loss are some of the other big ones. Cialis was mentioned before, and that does seem to provide some benefit.

Having said that, the direction you go really depends on how high your BP is. Blood pressure should not be treated lightly, and all decisions should be made in conjunction with a physician or similar healthcare professional. And, one BP med causing a side effect doesn't guarantee another will.

P.S. When you're checking BP it should be after sitting for 5-10 minutes, and take the average of 3. Some people think their BP is worse than it is because they don't give themselves an opportunity to rest. In reality, the studies used to create the guidelines all utilize a rest-period before the BP is taken, and effectively utilize the averaging strategy I mentioned above.

Lower your carb intake. Blood glucose levels are the single biggest factor in blood pressure, since insulin causes sodium re-absorption from the kidneys. Salt gets blamed for high BP, but really it's elevated glucose.

Sounds like my scenario. I run a keto diet so I only get carbs from veggies with occasional meal of cereal potato or fruit and even with it from natural sugars I sometimes feel a lil crappy or sluggish so im damn near positive ive got sugar problems going on in my body. Thanks for your input, I have to go to doctor tomorrow and imma have em check me out.

High androgen levels also cause fluid retention and elevate BP. If you're on gear or TRT, that could be a huge factor.

Watch your sodium and your sugar Also maybe consider losing a little weight and doing some regular cardio. Apparently a couple cloves of garlic a day will help a lot. I take mine with some peanut butter makes for easier chewing just have to brush my teeth more often for my breath lol.

Mine is always a bit high normal. I've found drinking plenty of water and keeping electrolytes in balance help. Also, celery seed extract is amazing for elevated blood pressure, especially for those acute moments where you can actually feel your face flushing from it. I pop one or two of those and it brings it back down within an hour or so. CoQ10 is hit or miss with me. I had an expensive brand that did well. I went and bought a cheap brand at Walmart one day and every time I take it I feel like my blood pressure goes up?!?! Get what you pay for I guess. Hawthorne Berry is another one that is hit or miss, but Celery Seed has always worked. It's a dirurectic too so you will be pissing every 30 minutes for awhile.
