Way before and now

Here are way before and after pictures.

The first was when I was when I was 24 and the second was last week at 49. I wish I could show more dramatic results from that much time difference, but adding mass hasn't been easy. I'm getting there though, whether it shows in the photos or not I am quite a bit larger in the second photo. I am nearly up to 190lbs in the second photo, my heaviest ever, up from a little over 160lbs in the first.

Oh to have that much hair again!
