I just bought a tub today and I was wondering what is the best way to get the full benifits from this product?
Today I mixed a scoop with my superpump pre-workout, and then mixed it with my creatine post-workout, followed by 25g of whey about 30min later.
I go some sick pumps from it, and it made my muscles feel really full and stay pumped for a while! So far good stuff.
