Waterr

Not unless your doing the water test that is borderline hazing and kills people

Otherwise you just piss it out

Depends what you mean. Of course there are toxic levels. Your body will usually let you know if you've had too much. A gallon a day would be a safe amount assuming your regularly active.

Go go Google and search for hyponatremia.

Yes, you can drink too much water. Just use common sense when deciding how much you need.

Drink when you are thirsty, during meals, during workouts. Simple.

The only times I've seen anyone suffer fr hyponatremia is when they've taken to much ecstasy and got paranoid about dehydration so they drank like 2 gallons. Tried to stop him and get him on some Gatorade but stopping a 240lb bodybuilder/soldier from doing anything when they're on 5 hits of molly is easier said then done.(he's OK though)

I drink am easy 1.5-2 gallons a day and don't really sweat outside the gym and never have a problem.

Easy rule of thumb to approximate water requires: Weight/2 = Ounces of Water

More accurately, it is between 0.6 and 0.7 per pound of body weight.

For example, using the mid point (0.65), a 200 lb guy would need to drink approx. 130 ounces.

You would really have to try to drink enough water to wash out your body to the point of danger, barring an unusual medical condition.
