hey does anybody know how much water I should drink a day I weigh 200 lbs and I'm 5'7 woking out 5 days a week strong with friends and driking lots of protein goal is to get real stockey

anything will help
 
atleast a gallon...
what supps are you taking?

a gallon to 2 gallons is what I would recommend to anyone...
 
i'm taking probolic-sr shake after my workout and track extreme-no before my workout I workout in the mourning. And then muscle milk during the day to get all my protein:bruce1:

Try to get your protein from food. Use shakes if you have to but Food(chicken, Steak, Fish) is your best bet.
